Mackay School District #182 is seeking qualified candidates for the position of a Superintendent of Schools. This is a part time position for the 2024-2025 school year.

Qualifications & Candidate Expectations

The School Board, staff and community of Mackay seek candidates with strong leadership skills, highly qualified, and fully endorsed as a Superintendent. The candidate must have the background skills and and abilities essential for excellence in education leadership. Must work well with students, staff, board members and public. Familiarity with federal programs and deadlines. Must have experience and proven success in the areas of school finance, school curriculum and union contract negotiations. Must possess strong communication skills written and oral.
