Please send resume to spratt@rhpcs.org or fax 208-939-5401Performance Tasks: To assist the Office Manager/School Secretary in performing: Supervise Students in emergency situations Keep attendance records Keep permanent records Prepare inventory of supplies and equipment Be positive in dealing with students, teachers, and parents Serve to meet all parents, students, and sales representatives Complete routine clerical duties including typing, emails, reports, and correspondence Care for ill or injured students as necessary, contacting parents as instructed Assist teachers with preparing instructional supplies Operate computer, copier, fax, laminator, and other office equipment Perform other such duties as assigned

Education required

HS graduate or GEDCPR, First Aid, AED certified or willing to be certified
