MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
To plan, coordinate and supervise the total implementation of the school program including organization, administration, curriculum development, instructional improvement, staff personnel, pupil personnel, financial and business management, school buildings, equipment, instructional materials, school-community relations, professional growth, and support services.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. Must hold or be eligible for an Idaho Administrator Certificate with a School Principal K-12 endorsement as required by State Law and the State Board of Education.
2. Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing with teachers, parents, students, and the community.
3. Ability to accept leadership responsibilities, make decisions and direct educational programs is required.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
A strong background with curriculum and assessment. Experience with Professional Learning Communities. Successful administrative and middle school experience. Ability to successfully interact with students, staff, and parents.
Education required

Benefits
SALARY RANGE $114,373 - $122,329
