We are seeking a passionate and experienced Music Teacher to join our team for the 2024-25 school year. As a Music Teacher, you will be responsible for providing high-quality music education to students of all ages. This is an exciting opportunity to share your love for music and inspire the next generation of musicians.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement music lesson plans that align with State curriculum standards
- Teach students various musical concepts, techniques, and skills
- Provide individual and group music lessons
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Plan and organize performances, recitals, and concerts
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to integrate music into interdisciplinary activities
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Encourage student creativity and self-expression through music

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Music Education or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Experience working with students of all ages in a classroom
- Strong knowledge of music theory, history, and performance techniques
- Ability to play multiple musical instruments proficiently (being able to play on a keyboard is a must)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching music
- Experience in curriculum development is a plus
- Special education experience is a plus
