The ISS Paraprofessionals primary responsibility will be monitoring any students in ISS and for working to help correct and improve student behavior, but will also have many other varied duties
While being responsible for students assigned to ISS (In School Suspension or Detention), and for improving student behavior through various interventions, this position will also have a wide range of duties that may include things such as ----- helping with IT/Technology issues, helping with Mckinney-Vento Homeless Education, Substitute scheduling and monitoring, helping with front office and district office duties, assist in monitoring classrooms as needed, assist in data collection and analysis as needed, assist in proctoring exams or state testing, assist in tutoring and helping students as needed, assist with any other duties as deemed necessary by administration.
