Fruitland High School is accepting applications for a Special Education English Teacher for the 2023-24 school year. This is a full-time position with a 3-week contract extension to allow time for completing IEP's and other required paperwork. Salary is determined by placement on the career ladder. Applicants must hold proper certification or be eligible to hold proper Idaho Certification. The position will be filled as soon as a suitable applicant is found. Benefits
Salary is determined by placement on the state Career Ladder – 2022-23 range -- R1, $40,742 to AP3, $55,389. Additionally, employees with a professional endorsement or an advanced professional endorsement plus 24 credits beyond BA will receive $2,000, or employees with a professional endorsement or an advanced professional endorsement plus a Master’s degree will receive $3,500.The district pays $919.70 towards health insurance, employee dental, vision, and a $20,000 life insurance policy.
