Fruitland High School is accepting applications for a Health/Freshman Focus Teacher. Applicants must have an Idaho Teaching Certificate with a Health endorsement to apply or be eligible to apply for certificate. The Freshman Focus class is designed to provide an avenue for our students to learn skills essential to finding success in high school, strategies for navigating the social complexity of adolescence, and to build a strong foundation for emotional health and overall student well-being. This is a full-time position with benefits. Salary is determined by placement on the district salary schedule.

Benefits
Salary is determined by placement on the district salary schedule – 2023-24 range -- R1, $47,477 to AP4, $64,972. Additionally, employees with a professional endorsement or an advanced professional endorsement plus 24 credits beyond BA will receive $2,000, or employees with a professional endorsement or an advanced professional endorsement plus a Master’s degree will receive $3,500.The district pays $985.90 towards health insurance, and 100% for employee dental, vision, and a $20,000 life insurance policy.
