Title: Full-Time Head Cook 7.0 hours per day (1 position)
Location: Payette Lakes Middle School
Duties: Assist the Head Cook-Supervisor in the total operation of the cafeteria program. Assist
in the preparation and serving of food, daily clean -up of kitchen and service area, prepare lunchroom and serving area, follow proper sanitary procedures, deal with students, parents, and staff in positive, encouraging manner.
Salary Schedule: Placement Dependent on District Salary Schedule.
Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age and have GED or High School Diploma, ability to perform moderate physical work efficiently with continuous standing, ability to lift minimum of 40 lbs. Ability and willingness to be courteous and provide a positive working atmosphere. Interest in children and school programs. Willingness to follow instruction and accept direction
from the Head Cook. Must complete State of Idaho background check. Must be dependable and have a clean and neat personal appearance.
