Come join the Wolf Pack of Castleford! We are a small, rural K-12 school with approximately 300 students. We pride ourselves with being a fun and enthusiastic learning community. We operate on a four-day week schedule. The Castleford School District is looking for a full-time elementary Special Education Teacher. The successful candidate will need to have the ability to successfully plan, supervise, assess, instruct, and support our Special Education students. The candidate must have knowledge in modifying general education curriculum and supplementing with curriculum to meet individual needs as outlined on an IEP. The candidate will need the ability to communicate and work as a team member with our Special Education Director, classroom teachers, paraprofessionals, and any student support personnel as well as conduct educational meetings/communication with parents/guardians.For an application please see our website or contact our Business Manager, Tanya Lanham, at tlanham@castlefordschools.org.
Education required
Bachelors Degree-Idaho Certification in Special Education Generalist K-12
