JOB GOAL
Promote the education development of each student through utilizing leadership, supervisor and administrative skills

Reports To: Director of Elementary Programs

FLSA Status: Exempt, 11 month year (salary as per administrator’s salary schedule, one sick day per month, and three personal leave days/year).

Salary Range: Per district administrative salary schedule, starting at $79,614 (base + MA)

Supervises: All certified personnel assigned to school and will assist, as needed, in supervision of classified personnel responsible to a classified or certified supervisor (e.g., food service, custodian, teacher assistants, etc.)

Education required

Master’s degree with appropriate administration endorsement

Experience required

Minimum
Master’s degree with appropriate administration endorsement
Meet state certification requirements
Three years experience as a classroom teacher
Such alternatives as the board may find appropriate and acceptable

Desired
Four years of teaching experience as a classroom teacher at the elementary level
Three years experience in elementary school administration
