GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS Must be qualified for the Administrator’s Certificate of the State of Idaho. Successful experience as a classroom teacher and/or administrator is preferred. Special consideration may be given to candidates who exhibit expertise or experience in other areas including federal programs, or other teaching certifications.

PERSONALQUALIFICATIONS The board will seek a candidate with the following competencies: Strong Management Skills, Public Relations Skills, Ability to collaborate positively and work effectively with students, parents, patrons, staff, and administration. Ability to establish and maintain an effective learning climate. High-level communication skills, Curriculum, Staff Development, and Computer Literacy. Other desired areas of experience: MTSS/RTI, PBIS, Idaho State Standards, Danielson Teacher Evaluation Model.
