CLERK OF THE BOARD
Lakeland Joint School District is accepting applications for the Clerk of the Board. The successful applicant shall have no less than a high school diploma/GED; a combination or equivalent to two years of college-level training in office management or business administration and five years of responsible and varied clerical experience, including two years of experience performing clerical work for an administrative official. Ability to operate standard office equipment; to use English in both written and verbal form; ability to work independently; previous experience with running elections and/or the taking of Board minutes a plus. The position is 20-29.5 hours per week, twelve months per year. The position starts at $15.49 per hour DOE. An extensive background check (including employer recommendations, references, and a criminal history check) is required.
