Job Title: CTE Electronics Technology Instructor for the 2022/2023 School Year
Location: Swan Falls High School
Reports To: CTE Administrator
Hours: Full Time or part-time depending on certification(s). (Full-time preferred)
Salary: Placed on salary schedule based on teaching and industry experience. Additional stipend for support of students in SkillsUSA Student Organization.

Provide secondary students with the opportunity to learn Electrical and Electronics standards throughout a three year program that moves from basic DC Circuits through Digital Electronics.
Business/Industry or Military experience in electrical or electronics trades.
Hold or have held an approved industry certification in a field closely related to the content area in which the individual seeks to teach as defined by the division of career technical education.
Candidate needs to meet ONE of the following
Demonstrate a minimum of six thousand (6,000) hours of professional experience in a field closely related to the content area in which the individual seeks to teach
Hold a baccalaureate degree or higher in a field closely related to the content area in which the individual seeks to teach and demonstrate two-thousand (2,000) hours of experience.

Sufficient manual dexterity which permits the employee to operate a personal computer and other office equipment.

Must be able to effectively supervise and support staff when consequences are implemented including supervising physical restraint and seclusion if necessary for safety.
Sit for extended periods of time.
Walk and stand for extended periods of time.
Reach with hands and arms.
Occasionally lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
