The salary range for the 2021-22 school year for full-time positions is $41,209 - $56,995 depending on applicable years of experience. There are stipends available for education levels at Bachelor's + 24 credits, Master's Degree, Doctorate Degree and National Board Certification. The full-year contract is for 190 days.

New teachers to LPOSD are paired with a Mentor Teacher during your first year of employment, assisting you in establishing yourself in the profession and the District. Instructional Coaches are available to all Teachers for curriculum implementation, and Professional Development is routinely available.

Minimum Qualifications
     - Possession of, or ability to obtain, Idaho Teaching Credential with endorsement for All Subjects K-8. Endorsement for Early Childhood Birth - Grade 3 may be considered
               for Primary grades.
     - Ability to work effectively with students, staff, parents/guardians and other stakeholders
     - Ability to utilize classroom instructional technology
