Responsibilities• Maintain confidentiality regarding students and staff.• Performing other duties as assigned based on Administrative directives.• Attend monthly professional development related to personal/professional growth, and use the models to develop & grow.• Adhere to the Code of Ethics of the Idaho Teaching Professional. Reports To Elementary Principal Terms of Employment A typical teacher contract with salary and other terms and conditions of employment to be agreed upon, based on the Idaho Career Ladder. Evaluation The Elementary Principal will evaluate the teacher in terms of this job description, the Danielson Framework and using our BGV Teacher Evaluation Plan.
