PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
The 21st CCLC FIRED UP Program Director is responsible for:
• The program's annual schedule and daily activities including
- School year and summer programming. Program hours are Monday -Thursday 3:15 to 5:15 and Friday 8:30 to 3:00.
- Required family events
• Serving as a liaison to teachers, administration, and parents
• Successfully managing student enrollment and outreach
• Monitoring program participants’ academic progress for continued growth
• Effectively hiring and managing program staff
• Providing relevant professional development opportunities for program staff
• Appropriately administering 21st CCLC annual funds
• Accurately and punctually reporting program data (federal, state, and local)
• Maintaining solid and supportive community partners
• Ensuring efforts to support program sustainability
• Managing Friday intervention/enrichment program
• Quickly responding to other needs of the program

Education required

Bachelors Degree
K-8 Teaching Certificate Preferred

Skills required

Significant experience in program Management
Computer Application Skills
Bilingual Preferred (but not required)
