GENERAL QUALIFICATIONSMust be qualified for the Administrator’s Certificate of the State of Idaho. Successful experience as a classroom teacher and/or administrator is preferred. Special consideration may be given to candidates who exhibit expertise or experience in other areas including federal programs, athletic/activities director, or other teaching certifications.PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONSThe board will seek a candidate with the following competencies: Strong Management Skills, Public Relations Skills, Ability to collaborate positively and work effectively with students, parents, patrons, staff, and administration. Ability to establish and maintain an effective learning climate. High-level communication skills, Curriculum, Staff Development, and Computer Literacy. Other desired areas of experience: RTI, MTI, Common Core State Standards, Danielson Teacher Evaluation Model, Online computer courses, One-to-One Computer use in the Classroom, and PowerSchool.

Benefits

Salary negotiable depending on experience and duties. General range of salary will be $72,000 - $92,000. State of Idaho medical, dental and vision insurance plan.
